TUITION AND FEES

Tuition for the 2026-2027 school year is $11,760 for all grades. This fee includes all funds necessary to educate a child. Additional fees will be assessed for elective items including hot lunch, the After School Program, after school enrichment programs, band, and athletics. 

Options for tuition payment through FACTS:

1. Payment in full, due in August.

2. Two payments, due in August and January.

3. Ten monthly payments, beginning in August.

All payments will have the option to pay FACTS by ACH from your bank account or credit card (MasterCard, Discover, Visa, or American Express; there is a 2.85% service fee).

TUITION ASSISTANCE

Edgewood Campus School offers need-based tuition assistance. New families can apply for assistance once the enrollment process is complete and the tuition assistance window is open. The application for financial aid opens on February 1, 2026; the deadline to apply for need-based aid is March 15, 2026. In order to submit a financial aid application, your student must be enrolled currently or for the upcoming year. Applications for financial aid must include the most recent tax returns and W2 forms from all working parents. Current students must be making satisfactory academic progress and must demonstrate a positive attitude reflective of our values. Awards are made in late spring for the next school year.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Edgewood Campus School is committed to maintaining a low student/teacher ratio. There is a delicate balance between student enrollment numbers and the commitment needed to meet all financial responsibilities. Therefore, the following policy is in effect for withdrawal after these dates:

Date of withdrawal & TUITION YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:          

After July 1: 1st Trimester Tuition (NOTE: This is a change from previous years)                                        
After August 1: 1st and 2nd Trimester Tuition
After October 15: Full Year Tuition
