Our Board of Trustees works on behalf of our school and children to assure the excellence and sustainability of Edgewood Campus School. Campus School has a President/Principal model of governance with an elected board of trustees approved by the corporate board of the Dominican Sisters of Sinsinawa. The primary responsibilities of the ECS Board of Trustees are fiduciary which include: to promote the Campus School’s Catholic identity and Dominican heritage; to promote the vision of the Dominican Sisters of Sinsinawa by overseeing the development and implementation of the strategic plans; manage long-range planning; exercise financial responsibility, including approval of the budget and meeting the audit and review requirements; make changes to the bylaws as needed; and to annually assess the effectiveness of the performance of the board. Board members serve two-year terms.
