BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The Board of Trustees is a fiduciary non-profit board charged with oversight of Edgewood Campus School's Dominican Catholic Identity, long-range strategic planning, fiscal financial practices, and stewardship of the school's resources. The board approves the annual budget and oversees a full-financial GAAP audit annually. Members of the board apply for service and are approved by the ECS Board of Trustees and Dominican Veritas Ministries, ECS' sponsoring organization. Terms of board service are limited to two consecutive three-year terms.
