BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The Board of Directors are a fiduciary non-profit board charged with oversight of Edgewood Campus School's Dominican Catholic Identity, strategic planning goals and key performance indicators, long-range planning efforts, fiscal financial practices and resources stewardship. The board approves the annual budget and oversees a full-financial GAAP audit review annually. Members of the board apply for service and are approved by Dominican Veritas Ministries, ECS' sponsoring organization, at the beginning of their three year-term. Board service is limited to two consecutive three-year terms of service.
